Return & Exchange Policy — Urban Weave

At Urban Weave, customer satisfaction matters to us. We take pride in delivering quality clothing, and we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The size received is different from what was ordered
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact

⏰ Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items damaged due to customer misuse
Washed, worn, or altered products
Products without original tags or packaging
Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders are eligible for exchange only, not refunds.
Refunds (if approved) are issued as store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the mistake was on our end.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
Share your order number and clear images of the product

Exchange Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange within 5–7 working days
Exchanges are subject to stock availability
If the requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued

Important Notes

Urban Weave reserves the right to approve or reject return requests based on product condition
Colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen differences—this is not considered a defect
Repeated COD refusals may result in order restrictions
